The Scottish Champions return to Celtic Park this weekend as the new SPFL season gets underway, and a packed Paradise awaits! Pre-match, supporters can enjoy entertainment on The Celtic Way ahead of the arrival of Brendan and the Bhoys, together for the first time as the Celts return to competitive action following their successful pre-season campaign. Supporters will also see the league flag unfurled at Paradise once again in recognition of last season’s achievement in winning the Premiership, with Lisbon Lion Jim Craig taking centre-stage as the guest of honour for the ceremony. Here’s a full rundown of all the important information you need ahead of Celtic v Kilmarnock this Sunday (August 4). 10AM: VISIT THE SUPERSTORE The Superstore at Celtic Park will be open for supporters looking to pick up some matchday essentials ahead of the game, with the new 2024/25 Celtic FC Home and Away Kits on sale, alongside the latest drop of 2024/25 Trainingwear, as worn by the Bhoys! 11AM: TICKET OFFICE OPENS The Ticket Office will be open from 11am until kick-off at 4:30pm to assist supporters on matchday. REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR MATCH TICKET If you bought your match ticket online to print at home, you must bring your printed ticket with you to gain entry to Celtic Park. Tickets cannot be presented at the stadium on your mobile device. 12PM: SPORTS BAR OPEN The Sports Bar at Celtic Park will open from 12pm until 4pm to supporters with a valid match ticket. Located in the South West corner of the Jock Stein Stand, the bar can be accessed via the main Kerrydale Suite entrance, where stewards will be on hand to direct you. Please arrive early with entry to the bar on a first-come, first-served basis with food and drinks available to buy. The Sports Bar is a cashless facility, with contactless payment methods accepted. The bar will close at 4pm, before the match kicks off at 4:30pm. Post-match the bar will then re-open from 6:15pm until 8pm. 12PM: JOCK STEIN LOWER STAND OPEN Head to the Lower Jock Stein stand for family-friendly activities like face painting and photo opportunities with the European Cup! 2PM: ENTERTAINMENT ON THE CELTIC WAY Get the party started with music on the Celtic Way from 2pm, plus balloon artists and face painters to keep the whole family entertained ahead of the stadium opening at 3pm. There’s also the opportunity to have your photo taken with a replica league flag so you can remember the day for years to come. 2:55PM: WELCOME THE BHOYS Find a place on The Celtic Way and welcome the Bhoys as they arrive ahead of the game. Captain Callum McGregor will carry the league trophy into the stadium to start the 2024/25 season in style. Look out for mini flags being handed out so you can wave yours and hype up the team for another fantastic performance on the pitch! 3PM: STADIUM OPENS – PLEASE ENTER VIA CORRECT TURNSTILE The stadium will open from 3pm ahead of kick-off at 4:30pm. Supporters are reminded to enter the stadium at the turnstile location shown on your Ticket to access your allocated seat. Additional concourse ticket checks will be in place to ensure adherence. Concourses in Areas between 111/114 will be accessible only to supporters with tickets for this area to prevent overcrowding. We would reiterate to supporters to please only use your allocated seat for the match and please follow the directions of assisting stewards at all times. SAFETY INFORMATION Supporters in the North Stand who enter via the underpass are requested to please keep to your left at all times – both pre and post-match. Supporters in the Upper Tier are also asked to use the stairway nearest to them when exiting the stadium. Please also note that the North Stand External Centre Gates will close temporarily at full-time. We would like to remind all spectators that, unless otherwise directed by stewards, you must only sit in your allocated seat at Celtic Park and must not stand in or block any passageways, staircases or vomitories. Similarly, migration to other parts of the stadium, including the Rail Seating Section is not permitted as this also may lead to an unsafe environment, ticketing issues or overcrowding. We appreciate your co-operation in allowing us to maintain a safe, comfortable and enjoyable environment at Celtic Park for all of our supporters.
