Celtic has confirmed the signing of Arne Engels, marking their second acquisition on deadline day. The club confirmed that Engels has signed a four-year contract after Celtic agreed to an £11 million transfer fee with FC Augsburg, setting a new record for the highest amount the Scottish champions have paid for a player.
