They’ll travel out later this afternoon before heading to the Eleda Stadion for that fixture tomorrow night. Rangers, just like Malmo, fell short in their pursuit of Champions League football after a 3-1 aggregate defeat against Dinamo Kyiv. They will now look to better last season’s Europa League record where they were knocked out in the Round of 16 after a defeat against Benfica. A bit of early team news from training: Ridvan Yilmaz is still injured, as he was not seen in training, and Oscar Cortes has also been missing from the action here this afternoon. Malmo will have a few injury problems of their own, with the notable absence being former Celtic star Sead Haksabanovic, who will play no part tomorrow evening. Looking at Rangers’ opposition, Malmo currently tops the Allsvenskan, the Swedish top division, by a massive 11 points over their nearest rivals.
