FT | Aberdeen 4-1 Dundee – Aberdeen move back top of the table after they bounced back from the semifinal defeat with a victory against Dundee. Coby Henderson reports: Full time here at Pittodrie, and it’s Aberdeen 4, Dundee 1. No licking of wounds for the Dons as they get back to league business after a goalless opening 45 minutes. Shortly after the break, Aberdeen propelled themselves in front with two quick-fire goals from Dante Polvara and Bojan Miovski. In the 71st minute, Dundee pulled one back when Scott Tiffany’s cross found the head of Simon Murray. But that hope was short-lived. Moments later, Kevin Clarkson won a free kick on the halfway line, quickly playing it over the top to send Miovski through a sleeping Dundee backline. Miovski tucked it into the bottom left corner to reinstate the two-goal cushion. Clarkson then added to the scoreline just before the end after Shaden Morris, the hero from that Rangers game, found Clarkson on the edge of the box. His shot deflected past John McCracken. Aberdeen finish top of the table for now, with Celtic playing tomorrow. Dundee sit in seventh place. It’s all over here at Pittodrie, Aberdeen 4, Dundee 1. #Aberdeen #Dundee #ScottishPrem
