Before kick-off, protests continued outside the main doors at Celtic Park as fans made clear their ongoping copncerns about how the club is currently being run, but once the whistle blew, all focus turned to the football – and to the returning O’Neill. That renewed sense of purpose was evident on the pitch too, with Celtic playing faster, sharper, and more directly than we’ve seen in some time. The Bhoys went about their business with a confidence and efficiency that set the tone for what could be an exciting spell under the interim management team. With league leaders Hearts dropping points, the gap at the top now stands at six – a welcome boost on a good night for the champions. It all leaves O’Neill and his backroom team with a few big calls to make ahead of Sunday’s trip to Hampden but we’ll get to that in due course. 🎙️ Join Tino & Asim as they recap an eventful night under the lights at Celtic Park.
