Younger listeners will be stunned(!) to know that the BBC used to have quite and anti-Celtic stance and coverage. Under the authority of Peter Thompson, they really didn’t seem to like Celtic at all. Under Thompson, BBC Scotland’s Sports Department employed a sectarian recruitment policy akin to Rangers.
