Celtic’s transfer window is finally sparking into life with two significant arrivals expected in Glasgow this week. CeltsAreHere understands that Michel-Ange Balikwisha and Marcelo Saracchi are both due in the city on Wednesday to finalise moves. Balikwisha, 24, comes in from Royal Antwerp with a deal worth around £5 million being struck between the clubs.
