Celtic will face Aberdeen in the semi-final of the League Cup, with the game at Hampden scheduled for the weekend of November 2. The Hoops booked their place in the last four of the competition with a 5-2 victory over Falkirk this afternoon (Sunday), thanks to goals from Paulo Bernardo and doubles from Adam Idah and Nicolas Kuhn. Aberdeen, meanwhile, won 4-0 on Saturday in their quarter-final clash against Spartans. In the other semi-final, Motherwell will take on Rangers.
