Celtic FC upgrades eticketing sign-in process

At Celtic Football Club, we’re always looking for ways to improve your online experience and we want to make all supporters aware of an important upgrade to eticketing that will simplify how you access your tickets and other Celtic FC online services. You may already be familiar with our free Celtic FC Digital Account, which we launched in March 2024 to simplify sign-in on the Celtic FC Online Store and the official club website. We’re now bringing this same convenient sign-in process to eticketing. This means you are now able to use a single email address and password sign-in to all three websites. What You Need to Do If you already have a Celtic FC Digital Account: Simply use the same email and password to sign-in to eticketing from Tuesday, August 26. If your email address matches the one on your eticketing account, you will be prompted to link your client reference. If you do not have a Celtic FC Digital Account: The next time you try to sign-in on eticketing, you will be able to create one. When you create your account, it’s important to use the same email address as your current eticketing account. This will ensure your existing ticket history and details are linked during the process. Important Details to Note To enhance security and improve the experience, each supporter must now have a unique email address to access eticketing to buy and manage tickets. If you currently share an email address with another supporter for eticketing, and you both wish to sign in and buy tickets separately, one of you will need to contact the Ticket Office first to register a new email address. After that, you can set up a separate Celtic FC Digital Account with that unique email address. All email addresses will be verified as part of the registration process.
