Corporate governance is it?

Ah'll give ye Corporate governance.The steering group campaign is focusing on achieving change at board level so we felt we'd use the experience of two of the lads to record a special episode. Essentially, we discuss the roles of CEO, CFO, Chairman and Non-Exec Directors and what they look like in a well-run organisation. We then compare them to how they operate at Celtic, and I don't think any of you will be surprised at the result.It's the longest episode we've recorded, it's a dry subject, but in the coming weeks and months, these roles will hopefully be getting discussed a bit more, and we thought a jargon-free guide to corporate governance would be helpful.
