The hosts had won three Europa League games on the bounce going into this one but with O’Neill at the helm we headed into Matchday 4 with renewed confidence following his dramatic return last week. That confidence was obliterated however in an 8 minute first half spell which saw us go in three down at the break and from there on in we had a mountain to climb. Reo Hatate’s penalty added some credibility to the scoreline but the night was made notably worse by what looks to be a worrying injury for young Callum Osmand.
