Today (Tuesday) 205 local Primary 5 pupils from four East End schools – Dalmarnock, Riverbank, Sacred Heart and St Timothy’s – had a wonderful visit to Celtic Park, as Celtic FC Foundation treated them to a Christmas party to remember . and with two very special guests in attendance. Celtic’s Portuguese star, Paulo Bernardo, took time out from his well-earned days off to come and see the kids and he brought with him a very special friend – the Premier Sports Cup, so the kids could have a look at Celtic’s latest silverware. The party was made possible following the success of the Foundation’s Christmas Appeal, and the kids were treated to a festive lunch, party games, a visit from Hoopy the Huddle Hound and a disco. And. of course, there was a visit from Santa who provided gifts for all the children in attendance.
