Tony Mowbray has been relieved of his duties as West Bromwich Albion head coach after a poor run of results left the Championship side six points adrift of the play-off places. The 61-year-old, who had a spell in charge of Celtic between 2009 and 2010, was managing former Parkhead winger Mikey Johnston at The Hawthorns.
