CELTIC’S REWARD for their efforts in the newly revamped Champions League format has been confirmed with a knockout tie against German big hitters Bayern Munich awaiting in February. Its one for players and fans alike to look forward to and will be a further gauge of just how far we’ve come in Europe under Brendan Rodgers. Before all of that however there’s more work to be done domestically and this Sunday will see us travel to managerless Motherwell in a return to league action. The game will present an opportunity for Callum McGregor to make his 500th Celtic appearance, as well as for returning hero Jota to make his re-debut(!?) for the club, and the big hope is that he’s joined by other new signings in the coming days.
