The Ghirls are back in action on Friday night as they get set to return from an extended international break. With their last competitive match coming at the beginning of April, the Hoops will be back for the first time in 18 days as they make the trip to the capital. Grant Scott’s side travel to face off against Hibernian and will be looking to bounce back to winning ways. Speaking to Celtic TV to preview the match, Scott insisted his side are looking forward to getting back on the pitch after putting in the work on the training ground. He said: “We had to dust ourselves down after the last game. The players who have been here and not away have been doing their normal work. “They’ve been working hard, and we’ve certainly all moved on from the last game. ‘So, we are just looking to play well going into Friday night against Hibs.’ “They are a very energetic side,” Grant continued. “They have some good rotations in the forward areas and goal threats. “So all things considered it will be another tough challenge. We’ve played okay against Hibs in the couple of games around about the New Year. “We maybe didn’t play as well in the last match against them. So we are looking to improve our performance for this one and take the game to a tough opponent.” Watch Grant Scott’s full pre-match previewFixturesHibernian Women Vs.
