Celtic FC Women are gearing up for Glasgow derby day as the play their fifth post-split fixture. The Ghirls are in action on Monday evening at New Douglas Park (5:10pm KO), returning home to take on Rangers in Hamilton. Grant Scott’s side are aiming to bounce back from a defeat to Hearts in the capital on Wednesday evening, with another crucial three points up for grabs. And as they get set to return home for derby day, the Celtic boss is looking forward to having the home support behind his side. Looking ahead to the game, he said: “Our work in training has been positive. We know that Wednesday’s a bit of an anomaly with that level of performance. “We’ve been performing okay, so there is a good positive energy about the group, and we’re looking forward to the game. “I don’t even think it’s a bounce back moment, we just want to play well in a derby match and hopefully succeed at the end of the game. “We’re obviously back at home again too, and I think our performances there have been okay. ‘It will be great to have the supporters behind us.’ “All I can wish for is that we give them a performance, and that the support get behind the team because we’re looking forward to it.” Watch Grant Scott’s full match previewFixturesCeltic Women Vs.
