Martin O’Neill did not need much encouragement to respond when Danny Rohl’s comments were put to him. The Celtic manager has been around this fixture long enough to know how quickly words can travel in Glasgow. Rohl had questioned Celtic’s approach in Europe and spoken about team selection. That was enough to raise an eyebrow.
