Callum Osmand’s move to Celtic may be inching ever closer to becoming a reality, with The Herald reporting this evening that the Fulham youngster has been spotted at Lennoxtown ahead of finalising his transfer from the West London club. Osmand is likely to be signed as a first team player, rather than a B Team
