Celtic have entered talks with Manchester City to sign highly-rated centre-back Jahmai Simpson-Pusey on a season-long loan, according to Sky Sports’ Anthony Joseph. The 19-year-old has attracted interest from several English clubs, but City are currently only entertaining loan offers, with Celtic pushing ahead in negotiations.
