James Forrest continues to make history as a Celt 💚

James Forrest’s goal to complete the 3-1 victory over Aberdeen on Sunday means that he has now scored in every single season as a Celt – 17 seasons in total – another impressive milestone for a true Celtic legend. He is now level with Bobby Lennox in terms of scoring in consecutive seasons, with both of them now only behind Jimmy McMenemy, who scored in 18 seasons in a row. Forrest has now scored 110 goals in 548 appearances for the Hoops, and is also the club’s most decorated player of all-time with 26 major honours (13 league titles, 8 Scottish Cups, 5 League Cups). The goalscoring run began back in May 2010 on his debut when he came off the bench and scored in a 4-0 home win over Motherwell. And he has continued to hit the target in every season since then, also becoming one of only 30 players to have scored a century of goals for Celtic. —- 🍀Subscribe today to the official YouTube of the world’s first Quadruple Treble winners, Celtic Football Club:
