The Scottish FA’s Key Match Incident panel has backed the decision to award Celtic a late penalty in last weekend’s derby at Ibrox. The incident came in the closing stages with Rangers leading 2-1. Daizen Maeda rose to meet a cross inside the box and his header struck the arm of Rangers defender Dujon Sterling
