Just over a week into the job and already under pressure from various angles, Wilfried Nancy remarkably has the chance to win the first silverware of the season this weekend. Brendan Rodgers began our League Cup journey, Martin O’Neill guided us through the semi-final win over Rangers, and now Nancy can finish the job as he makes his first trip to Hampden on Sunday to face St Mirren. The Paisley side, as we know, are well drilled under Stevie Robinson and will be determined to spoil the party. Celtic, meanwhile, will be pushing to lift the trophy for what would be the 23rd time in our history.
