The Celts returned to SPFL action on Sunday with a trip to Fir Park to take on Motherwell, and they came back to Glasgow with all three points following their 3-0 win. Luke McCowan opened the scoring in his first start for the Hoops and, captain for the day in the absence of Callum McGregor, Alistair Johnston, made it 2-0 after the break before substitute, Adam Idah finished off the scoring near the end.
