Despite a valiant attempt by Falkirk – and perhaps less of a challenge by Slovan Bratislava – Celtic fired in an incredible TEN goals this week as their early season form shows no sign of slowing up under Brendan Rodgers. In our 8 games so far the Hoops have scored no less than 27 times (an average of 3.4 goals per game) and have conceded just 4 as they take on all comers in Scotland and in Europe. New challenges await on both fronts but for now Rodgers will be delighted at how his side are progressing with Nicholas Khun, Arne Engels, Paulo Bernardo and Adam Idah all in impressive form. Are we even more exciting to watch just now than we were at the peak of the Ange Postecoglou era?
