Sebastian Tounekti: I want this goal to be the first of many

Sebastian Tounekti made his Celtic debut at Rugby Park back in September, helping the Hoops to a 2-1 victory over Kilmarnock. And the Tunisian winger was on target at the same ground today (Sunday) with a stunning strike to help Celtic to a 2-0 win over Auchinleck Talbot in the Scottish Cup. The 23-year-old, who returned to the club earlier this month after representing his country in the Africa Cup of Nations, was delighted to score his third goal for the club. Speaking to Celtic TV after the game, Tounekti said of his goal: “Everyone knows I want to help the team more, to create goals and to assist and, of course, to score myself. “It’s a thing I’ve been doing a lot of on the training pitch with the coaches here, so for me to see that goal today and get that feeling was amazing. “Hopefully it will be one of many because I want to keep going and to help the team score goals and make assists.” Watch the full post-match Celtic TV interview with Sebastian TounektiFixturesAuchinleck Talbot Vs.
