The Celtic Underground – Huddlebreakdown Collab (Pt1)

Many, many, many (enough) moons ago, when Eddie presented and Harry was just an occassional guest the Celtic podcast world had few places to get your fan chat but like the famous Christmas truce of 1914, Eddie & The Homebhoys took their ball out onto no-mans land and provided a CU/Homebhoys crossover. These bevy filled pods slipped off into distant memories and were replaced by the siloed listening habits of the Celtic faithful through the explosion of fan podcasts more numerous than managers of other Glasgow clubs. Would we see the likes of the Homebhoys/CU collabs? Could we once again see two pods extend a hand of frienship across the wire?Yes we bloody well can! Hurrahh you all shout! The Huddlebreakdown extended that hand of friendship and we yanked (I said YANKED) them out of the trench, slapped down the jumpers for goalposts, sifted through our sack of cliches to say “come on over to our place, we’re having a party!”This is part 1 of a two our podcast special with Alan, Juco James, Eddie Pearson, Ross Hall, Harry Brady (and guest starring Andrew H) to discuss ALL the hot topics of the moment. From Brendan’s future, through to Tony Bloom’s Hearts, a past it guy’s book selling to an old rocker’s Glastonbury set this is everything you need. It’s like the Beano Summer Special merging with 200AD. It’s that good!Once you’ve listened to Part 1, jump over to (How the f’k did that big banner arrive on the page?)Anyway, Enjoy Apple podcastsSpotifyAmazonPlayer.fmSpreakerAudioboomYoutubeThe Celtic Underground Substack is a reader-supported publication.
