Celtic has been repeatedly linked with Dundee midfielder Luke McCowan, a player who’s impressed on the domestic front the last twelve months or so… It’s been widely reported that Hibs are interested in the former Ayr United player, but have struggled to meet Dundee’s valuation which is believed to be around the £1 million mark.
