It was a difficult night for Celtic this evening as they suffered a 3-0 home defeat to Roma in the UEFA Europa League on matchday six of the competition. The Italians took a three-goal advantage in at half-time after a Liam Scales own goal and a double from Evan Ferguson gave them a commanding lead. It was a lead that made the task an impossible one for Celtic in the second half.
