He thinks Callum McGregor’s international retirement is good for his club career, believing that “if that prolongs him for a season or two at Celtic, sounds good”. He also thinks the Celtic captain isn’t leaving Scotland “in the lurch”, as it’s the national side’s strongest area of the pitch.
