Celtic FC Women return to SWPL action with the visit of Spartans on Sunday, October 20 (Kick-off 2pm). It will be the Ghirls’ first league match in their new home ground. Elena Sadiku’s side will be aiming to pick up all three points against the Edinburgh outfit, as they refocus on domestic action. Here’s everything you need to know ahead of the clash. TICKETS STILL AVAILABLE There are still tickets available for the match. Don’t miss out on the chance to back the team at New Douglas Park. Book your place now with single match tickets priced £12 for adults and £6 for under 16s. BUY TICKETS GETTING TO NEW DOUGLAS PARK You’ll find all the important information on transport links to New Douglas Park, as well as parking availability on our dedicated page on celticfc.com GETTING TO THE STADIUM CAR PARKING Premium parking at the stadium is available for purchase priced at £5 per space. Places are available on a first come, first served basis and can be booked using the button below. Free parking is available on Caird Street, a five-minute walk from the stadium. Please note, the underground car park at the Morrisons supermarket on New Park Street will not be operational for this match. BOOK PARKING 1PM: NEW DOUGLAS PARK SPORTS BAR OPENS The Sports Bar at New Douglas Park will be open from 1pm on a first come, first served basis, for supporters to enjoy some pre-match drinks. Fans can also purchase food and take a selfie with our mascot Hailey. Please note, The Sports Bar will be closed to supporters at half-time and full-time. 1PM: STADIUM OPENS New Douglas Park will be open for supporters from one hour before kick-off. OUR OPPONENTS: SPARTANS The women’s branch of the club was founded in 2008, previously beginning their Premier League journey under the name Whitehill Welfare in 2004. Last season Spartans finished the league campaign in 10th spot, ahead of Dundee United and Aberdeen. This weekend’s opponents currently sit eighth in the Scottish Women’s Premier League, with three wins from 10 games. Attacker Hannah Jordan has been in impressive form for the club this season and could be one for Celtic to keep an eye on this weekend. 2PM: KICK-OFF  Elena Sadiku’s side will kick off against Spartans at 2pm at New Douglas Park.
