AS A CELTIC FAN there are so many things to be proud of, but it’s hard to think of an organisation linked to the club that gives more pride than The Kano Foundation. Operating since 2010, the Kano’s mantra is “Keeping Football Free For Kids” and incredibly they’ve now done so for almost 20,000 children, in close to 15 full seasons since then. Now, to mark that 15th anniversary “The Kano” are staging a special event at the SEC Armadillo on the 26th of April where fans can enjoy a host of familiar musical acts and speakers all with the aim of raising crucial funds for the group, and to allow them to continue doing the amazing work they do.
